Sheree Hoggro is President and Principal Broker of Marilyn Bell Realty. Ms. Hoggro is a strong believer in the idea that you can achieve financial independence through homeownership and entrepreneurship. In fact, she knows that when you combine entrepreneurship with homeownership, what you achieve is the American Dream.

Ms. Hoggro established Marilyn Bell Realty in 2005, dedicating her firm to her mother, Marilyn Bell who had devoted her life to community outreach through foster children before losing her battle with ovarian cancer.

Ms. Hoggro provides vision, leadership and overall direction for her company. Her objectives are to advance the company’s mission, theme and vision, build profitability and brand the company name. Ms. Hoggro’s approach to excelling in a challenging market begins with integrity and loyalty to the real estate profession. In serving her clients and team members, she continually updates what the company needs on mortgage products, short sales, loan modifications and government guidelines. Ms. Hoggro overcomes adversity through commitment and a “never settle for less” philosophy in all she does.

Ms. Hoggro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and holds a California Broker’s license. Prior to Marilyn Bell Realty, Ms. Hoggro partnered with CityView, a discretionary housing investor under the leadership of Henry Cisneros, former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Ms. Hoggro continues to serve her community through various non-profit organizations and facilitates homeownership workshops through local city programs and private institutions. She proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserve for 6 years and continues to mentor “at-risk” adolescent girls.
